ValCom/Inacom was the industry leading provider of IBM, Compaq and Hewlett Packard micro-computers and related services to Fortune 1000 clients. Dave identified, negotiated and integrated over 25 acquisitions. He raised over $2 billion dollars of capital from equity sales, bond offerings, and asset securitizations to fund growth. A recognized leader in the industry, Dave has spoken on the computer industry and business operations at numerous investment conferences. He has advised IBM, Compaq and Hewlett Packard on distribution, the micro-computer industry and customer expectations. In November, 2003 Dave began working with the owners and executives of RTG Medical, a $ 3 million temporary Medical Staffing company that was interested in growing their business. Dave worked closely with the company to establish strategy, compensation plans, access to capital, infrastructure and a culture for success. By 2008, the company had grown to $35 million dollars.
